I just wanted to say thank you and let you know that our group thor­oughly enjoyed our raft­ing trip on Sat­ur­day. The weather was great, our guides were fan­tas­tic, the raft­ing was excit­ing — we had a blast! Actu­ally, the raft ride was out­stand­ing… despite the weather not cooperating!

We had a won­der­ful expe­ri­ence on our Cana­dian Rocky adven­ture and met incred­i­ble peo­ple and viewed fan­tas­tic scenery.

Thanks for being such an impres­sive part of our trip. I do hope that I will see you again and have def­i­nitely high­lighted it for our travel agent to recommend.

I just wanted to take this oppor­tu­nity to thank you and your com­pany yes­ter­day for a great day. Our group thor­oughly enjoyed our­selves, and we were very pleased with the ser­vice we received from all the peo­ple involved in the com­pany. From the quick and effi­cient responses from you for any ques­tions that I had, to the friend­li­ness and humor of the bus dri­ver and the river guide. Every­one involved cer­tainly made this a great day and a mem­o­rable one as well.

 

Speak­ing on behalf of the church, we would not hes­i­tate to do another trip with your com­pany. Though we may have only had nine peo­ple from our group, I know that I can say that we all thor­oughly enjoyed our­selves yesterday.

My son’s name is Jamey and he is 8 yrs old. We did our raft­ing trip on July 10, and that is all we have heard about since!!

 

I would like to take this oppor­tu­nity to tell you how ter­rific our guide was. I beleive his name is John. Hope­fully you know who I am talk­ing about. We all thought he was great.

He really made sure every­one had a good time. We are very thank­ful to him!!… I thank-you so much.

 

Hope­fully we will be back out to jasper soon to try out your raft­ing tour again.

Thanks for an amaz­ing adven­ture for the gr.5 from Scott Robert­son! They had lots of laughs and gig­gles and of course the scream­ing! A big thanks to our guide for the patients, fun and mem­o­ries he gave our kids. (hope he did not mind being paid in cook­ies!) We had a very excited bunch the whole evening home!

 

I am hop­ing this will be an annual event so look for the emails com­ing your way.

I want to thank all your staff at Jasper Raft Tours for the incred­i­ble expe­ri­ence you enabled for my wheel­chair bound brother. The great ser­vice started with the follow-up phone call to my house after I emailed you ask­ing about accom­mo­dat­ing a dis­abled per­son. The adven­ture cen­ter staff were great inform­ing the bus pickup that we needed some assistance.

 

All of your staff were very help­ful in mak­ing my brother feel like any other rafter and they were great at mov­ing him into and out of the bus. Chris was wor­ried that he would be embar­rassed by the car­ry­ing but he ended up jok­ing with the staff and was soon very com­fort­able with the idea of rafting.

 

I was really impressed when the staff loaded my brother Chris onto the raft and helped him get adjusted as well as set­ting up his own grab cord for bal­ance. I talked to Chris after the ride and he was so excited that he had actu­ally done some­thing with me that he thought was impossible.

 

We had 6 peo­ple on the raft that day and it gave us lots of room to enjoy the ride and for me to take pics of Chris and the view from the water. Your guide ( for­got the name) was excel­lent and made Chris feel very com­fort­able while mak­ing us laugh and get splashed by the waves.

 

His wheel­chair was wait­ing for him when we landed and that small token really sur­prised him as he thought the ser­vice was already too good. I was also impressed by the pro­fes­sional and ser­vice focused crew you have assembled.

 

Even some­thing small like we wanted to buy the CD but left our wal­lets in our car near the train sta­tion, your staff were going to give us the disk and we could pay later..when we got back..trust is huge in my books.

 

When I first thought about doing the raft trip with my brother I remem­bered how great the float trip was when I took my par­ents in 2005. They raved about the staff, the boat and the scenery.

 

In clos­ing I want to com­mend your staff for the excel­lent cus­tomer ser­vice you pro­vided through­out the raft­ing expe­ri­ence. I will cer­tainly tell all my friends about the expe­ri­ence you pro­vided for my dis­abled brother and rec­om­mend your raft­ing com­pany for any peo­ple who are in the mar­ket for a great time on the river– regard­less of your disability.

Just wanted to thank you for the excel­lent trip we had down the river on Mon­day. All our stu­dents and chap­er­ones had a great time and really enjoyed them­selves. They were also really impressed with their guide. I was on the raft with Kyle and he was excellent.

I have recently vis­ited Jasper on a tour with Jet­save and we did the raft­ing along the Athabasca River. I wanted to say thanks, it was really enjoy­able and our Guide (Tom) was really friendly.

 

I am look­ing to return back to Jasper for a longer period of time next year and won­dered if you could tell me when the raft­ing starts again, as, I know that you have prob­a­bly stopped now ready for your winter.

My name is Mah­moud and I am with the Edmon­ton Islamic School, our grade 9 class really enjoyed our expe­ri­ence white water raft­ing with your com­pany. The excel­lent cus­tomer ser­vice and help­ful employ­ees really made our adven­ture so much more enjoy­able. To our dri­ver of the raft (can’t remem­ber the name) I would like to thank him for his excel­lent job on steer­ing the raft and answer­ing all our ques­tions.
